Our services include:

Connect one on one with a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist: Peer Recovery Specialists are available to connect, listen, and provide guidance, referrals, and recovery support. Get help with employment, healthcare, wellness activities and creating community.

Recovery Housing Grants: Apply HERE for recovery housing grants for individuals in need of safe, supportive housing after treatment, incarceration and during recovery.

Education & Training: Quarterly trainings for individuals in recovery interested in becoming peer recovery specialists and a variety of weekly groups led by Peers.

MENTAL HEALTH GROUP: Matters of the Mind
Every second and fourth Monday of the month, 10:00am. Together we will provide support, education and resources, discover the power of self-care and self-acceptance, find new ways to prioritize your mental health and more. For more info please contact Victoria@thecaf.org.
HIGHER POWER HOUR
Every first and third Thursday of the month, 6:30pm. Sharing experiences of strength and hope in the presence of God through light, love and compassion. Discover how surrender, powerlessness, and authentic honesty combined with intentional prayer and meditation lead to transformation in recovery.
AA MEETINGS: "Just for Today"

FAMILY EDUCATION AND SUPPORT GROUP

A community that welcomes the family and friends of those struggling with substance use issues. Learn how to encourage change for you and your loved one, in a place of openness and support. This group uses the Invitation to Change Approach (ITC) as the basis for our discussions. This approach is grounded in compassion, connection, and the belief that you can do something to help your loved one.
YOGA FOR RECOVERY
Every Thursday, 12:45pm. Join Alyson Pollard, owner of Wheelhouse Yoga, leading FREE classes every Thursday at 12:45 PM. These sessions welcome all levels of experience, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, we invite you to come and find your flow. 🌿 🧘♂️ **Spaces are limited to 12 participants, and registration is required!** Mats are available to borrow, so just bring your positive energy and a willingness to connect.
