WHAT DO I DO?

We know navigating substance use, treatment and recovery can be overwhelming, daunting and confusing. The CAF has a direct line of support to answer the main question, "What do I do?"

We've been where you are, as parents, siblings, friends and loved ones. We know how it feels. We want you to know that you are not powerless, there is something you can do, recovery is possible and it starts by reaching out for a hand. Call, text, or email us and get the kind of community care, support, referrals and action steps you need right now.

The CAF Family Education & Support Program, informed by CRAFT and Invitation to Change, offers 1:1 peer guidance, education and support groups for families and loved ones. Family members learn skills to influence healthy change, learn how to create an environment that supports recovery, access resources and get emotional support and guidance from people with lived experience. Research shows that families who engage in education and recovery support have better recovery outcomes.
